Josh Rafner

Josh Rafner was President of the Kent Woodlands Property Owners Association for many years.  Among other roles, he has served on the Kentfield Schools Foundation, the Measure C Citizens Supervisory Board for the College of Marin, and the College Avenue Visioning Committee.  Josh is a trustee of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and serves as its Treasurer.  He is a self-professed local history buff, and is the founder and president of the Ralston White Retreat Foundation, a historic site in Mill Valley. Josh heads Ridgecrest Capital Partners, an investment bank based in Marin, and is a former practicing attorney.  He lives with his wife Angela and three children in the Kent Woodlands.
