Marlies Zeisler
I was born in San Francisco. At the age of 5 my family moved to Terra Linda. I graduated from Terra Linda High School in 1980 and then attended Indian Valley College for 2 years and earned a BA in Accounting from Heald Business College in San Francisco. My husband and I moved to Kentfield in 1986. Our 4 children have all attended Bacich and Kent and 3 of them graduated from Redwood High School, the 4th will be a freshman there next year. I have been a volunteer in the Kentfield School District for 19 years (PTA, Site Council, Principal Selection Committee, Kentfield Schools Foundation, Classroom Aide, and numerous Bond Measures) served on the Ross Valley Little League board for 7 years, currently coach the Girls’ Varsity Tennis team at Redwood (6 years so far) and serve on the Ross Valley Women’s League Board (4 years so far) raising money for Adopt-A-Family of Marin. I am imbedded and devoted to our wonderful community and consider it an honor to give back to the Historical Society of the towns of Kentfield/Greenbrae that have given me and my family such a beautiful, friendly area to grow up in.
