What We Do

The KGHS has a membership of 130 and serves the greater community through a variety of ways:

​

  • Conducting lectures, special events and presentations for the public

  • Sponsoring the annual Community Day at Bon Air Shopping Center

  • Conducting and publishing oral histories

  • Collecting and preserving historical artifacts

  • Publishing a newsletter

  • Collaborating and partnering with community organizations

  • Serving as a resource for those seeking local history

  • Collaborating with the Marin County Free Library Anne T. Kent California Room on special presentations to the public
